THIS COMPANY TRULY STANDS BEHIND IT'S MERCHANDISE!!

I had ordered this hoodie in a size MEDIUM & had accidentally received a size SMALL. I reached out to the company regarding the error, and at first, I THOUGHT they were not responding back. However, it was all a giant miscommunication, seeing as that for whatever reasons, I did not receive the first response that they had sent me. However, I msged them again & did receive an email back that time. Also, come to find out that they had reached out to me before, but I just never received it for unknown reasons. I was starting to think that my wrong size issue was being totally ignored, when in actuality it was all just a technology/communication issue that was definitely not Any Means Necessary's fault! After leaving them a not so great review, I was so SHOCKED & SURPRISED to discover that the co-owner of the company himself (Mike) reached out to me via text!! He personally got a hold of me to clarify everything and straighten out the entire issue. My mind was blown, no joke! Not only did he fix the issue of me receiving the wrong size hoodie, but he even showed me proof that I was contacted before when I had thought I was being blown off. He also went above & beyond for the inconvenience & entire misunderstanding by sending me a gift card from the company as well!! I don't know too many companies (heck - ANY!!) where the co-owner is going to take the time personally to fix a customer complaint. So when I say that AMN FULLY stands behind their company name & merchandise...I SERIOUSLY MEAN THAT TO THE UTMOST EXTENT!! I was SO IMPRESSED with the resolution of my issues that not only will I remain a loyal customer to the company, but I also wanted to spread the word and let others know what an amazing company they are too!! I definitely believe in giving credit where it is due, and AMN FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS in rectifying my issues!! Superior customer service is an understatement here!! All around - just so completely impressed & amazed at how they handled the entire issue!! Kudos 👏 and BIG PROPS to a kick ass company!! I'm also definitely looking forward to receiving the rest of my merchandise that I ordered through them during a 'pre-order.' Mike also personally apologized that it took so long for the production of those items, but they had encountered some set-backs in the production process that were completely outside of their control! So nobody can really fault them for that at all. He also reassured me that because of the extended delay with it, that AMN will never be doing a 'pre-order' event again. So...you live, you learn and like I said...you definitely can't blame a company for unforeseen events that were outside of their conscious control.

As far as the preorder, we ran into an issue with production that took much longer than we expected but we've put out multiple emails regarding that (the latest one was 2 days ago). We are receiving the Lost Boys Jeans Jacket today and the Gremlins stuff is on the way
