Shipping Policy
Order Processing Times USA:
Orders are pulled & packaged within 7 business days (does not include Sat or Sun).
During Black Friday and Christmas in July sales expect a delay in shipping (about 5 - 15 business days) due to increased traffic and sales.
After the order is packed, the shipping label is printed. The packages are not picked up by the shipper (USPS or UPS) until the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
If you get the email that your order has been shipped (the label has been made) on a Friday, the tracking link may not update until Monday evening when it makes it to the shipping facility and is scanned into their system. Most packages are delivered within 2-5 business days in the US.
But delays can happen.
Order Processing Times INTERNATIONAL:

After the order is packed, the shipping label is printed. The packages are picked up by the shipper (USPS or DHL) twice a week. If you get the email that your order has been shipped (the label has been made) on a Friday, the tracking link may not update until Tuesday evening when it makes it to the shipping facility and is scanned into their system.
International orders can take anywhere from a few weeks up to 3 months, depending on the postal service. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local customs to see if their package has arrive.
International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

Tracking: All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/DHL or international provider and a tracking number will be sent to the email provided, when the shipping label is made. It may take a few days for the shipper to pick up the orders, scan them in, and update the tracking. Please check your spam/junk folder a few days after ordering to make sure tracking was provided.
Shipping costs: Costs are based on weight and location of customer. International custom fees are the customer's responsibility.
We know international shipping costs are a bit more, but that's the cost of having to shot put our packages over the ocean.
Stolen packages: Packages that are stated as delivered via the shipping provider and are unable to be located by the customer is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with local police enforcement and the shipping provider.
