Shipping Policy

Order Processing times: Shipping is 5-7 business days in the United States during standard releases and non sale months.

International orders can take anywhere from a few weeks up to 3 months, depending on the postal service. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local customs to see if their package has arrive. 

International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. Please contact if you have any questions.

During Black Friday and Christmas in July sales expect a delay in shipping (about 5 - 15 business days) due to increased traffic and sales.


Tracking: All orders are shipped via usps/ups or international provider and a tracking number will be sent to the email provided, when the shipping label is made. It may take a few days for the shipper to pick up the orders, scan them in, and update the tracking. Please check your spam/junk folder a few days after ordering to make sure tracking was provided.

Shipping costs: Costs are based on weight and location of customer. International custom fees are the customer's responsibility. 

Stolen packages: Packages that are stated as delivered via the shipping provider and are unable to be located by the customer is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with local police enforcement and the shipping provider.
