Intellectual Property Legal Notice

This Intellectual Property Legal Notice applies to all websites, online stores, social media accounts, digital communications, and physical products and materials owned or controlled by Any Means Necessary, LLC and its related individuals and entities (collectively, AMN). AMN owns and controls all rights in and to its trademarks, service marks, trade names, brand identifiers, logos, taglines, and trade dress, whether registered or unregistered, as well as all copyrights in its original artwork, designs, graphics, imagery, text, and other content. AMN exclusively features and offers for sale the original and distinctive artwork and designs of Shawn Coss and related goods, including apparel, accessories, prints, and other merchandise.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. This includes all intellectual property rights and proprietary rights in AMN’s websites and their contents; product names and packaging; marketing and promotional materials; digital content; catalog listings; photographs and videos; mockups and proofs; and all content posted to AMN’s social media accounts or posted by AMN’s related individuals, applicable entities, authorized agents, licensees, or affiliates.

Trademark and Trade Dress Notice

ANY MEANS NECESSARY is a registered trademark, service mark, and trade name of Any Means Necessary, LLC. BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY is a registered trademark of Any Means Necessary, LLC. AMN’s stylized hyena logos and other brand logos, emblems, icons, taglines, and unique branding are trademarks and/or service marks of Any Means Necessary, LLC. AMN also claims rights in its trade dress, including without limitation distinctive product designs, artwork placement, graphics, packaging, labels, color schemes, typography, and overall look and feel associated with AMN goods and services.

AMN’s rights extend to marks and trade dress in all formats and media, including standard character word marks and stylized or design forms, whether registered or unregistered, and whether protected by federal registration, state registration, and/or U.S. common law through use in commerce, and in connection with, without limitation, apparel and clothing, headwear, accessories, artwork, books, prints, posters, stickers, patches, pins, and related retail, promotional, and design services.  AMN also owns and asserts common law trademark and service mark rights that arise from and are established by AMN’s continuous use of its marks and trade dress in commerce. These common law rights exist independently of registration.

Without prior written consent from AMN, no third party is authorized to use, display, reproduce, adapt, license, sublicense, sell, offer for sale, register, or apply to register any AMN trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, tagline, or trade dress, or any mark, name, design, or trade dress that is the same as, or confusingly similar, to AMN’s, including within domain names, social media usernames or handles, advertising keywords, metatags, hashtags, NFTs, or other digital identifiers. Unauthorized use may constitute trademark infringement, false designation of origin, unfair competition, passing off, dilution, cybersquatting, and/or other violations under U.S. federal and state law and international treaties.

Nothing in this Legal Notice grants, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any AMN trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, or trade dress. AMN objects to and prohibits any use that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or association with AMN absent express written permission.

Third‑party trademarks referenced by AMN, if any, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; no association or endorsement is implied.

Copyright Notice

All original artwork, illustrations, designs, graphics, prints, photographs, videos, text, layout, compilations, and other content made available by AMN are the sole and exclusive property of Any Means Necessary, LLC and/or its related individuals and entities, including works authored by Shawn Coss, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and treaties. Copyright protection extends to all media and formats and includes collective works and compilations, as well as derivative, adapted, and modified forms of AMN’s content.

Except as expressly permitted in writing by AMN, no third party is authorized to copy, reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, publish, upload, post, adapt, translate, modify, prepare derivative works of, create variations from, tokenize or mint as NFTs, or otherwise exploit any AMN artwork, designs, prints, or other copyrighted content, in whole or in-part, for any purpose, whether commercial or noncommercial. Purchase of an AMN product does not grant any license or rights beyond personal, noncommercial use of the purchased item as intended. Unauthorized uses may violate copyright, anti‑circumvention, and related laws.

Prohibited Uses and Clarifications

Without limiting the foregoing, the following are prohibited absent AMN’s prior written consent: using AMN marks or artwork on or in connection with clothing, apparel, accessories, or other merchandise; altering, remixing, or “fan art” commercialization; using AMN marks or artwork in advertising, endorsements, sponsorships, collaborations, or promotions; registering, using, or trafficking in domain names, business names, social media handles, or app names incorporating AMN’s marks, names, or confusingly similar variants; using AMN marks as keywords, metatags, or source identifiers; training or deploying generative models to replicate distinctive AMN artwork or logos; and creating or minting NFTs or other digital tokens featuring AMN content.

Licensing, Permissions, and Collaborations

For licensing inquiries, collaboration proposals, press, or requests for permission to use AMN intellectual property, contact AMN at the address below. Any permission must be in a signed writing from an authorized representative of Any Means Necessary, LLC to be valid.

Monitoring and Enforcement

AMN diligently monitors and enforces its rights. AMN reserves all legal and equitable remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, statutory damages, impoundment, attorneys’ fees, and costs, as available under applicable law. AMN may, in its discretion, report counterfeits, infringing listings, and unauthorized uses to platforms, payment processors, marketplaces, and relevant authorities.

Reservation of Rights; No Waiver

All rights are expressly reserved. No failure or delay by AMN in exercising any right or remedy shall constitute a waiver thereof. This Notice is subject to change without notice.
