WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS THE ITEM IS FAULTY. (BEFORE WASHING)

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WRONG SIZES ORDERED. TAKE THE EXTRA MINUTE TO GO OVER YOUR ORDER BEFORE PLACING IT. 

THERE'S NO RIBBONS TO WIN BEING THE FASTEST TO CHECKOUT. 

To cancel or change an order you must contact info@AnyMeansNecessary.com within 12 hours of placing the order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders identified as potentially fraudulent by our payment system. Thank you for your understanding.

Any Means Necessary will not issue credits or refunds for any difference in price on items purchased before the start of any sale.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping will vary depending on the product ordered and the location it is being shipped to. We offer free shipping on orders over $125. 

I THINK USPS LOST MY PACKAGE!

We get it, sometimes your purchase doesn’t work out and something goes wrong. Unfortunately we simply print the label on your behalf and you are responsible in ensuring that the address is correct. If there is an issue you will need to file a claim with USPS here

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

We do ship to P.O. boxes. and military bases. 

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Order Processing Times USA:

Orders are pulled & packaged within 7 business days (does not include Sat or Sun).
During Black Friday and Christmas in July sales expect a delay in shipping (about 5 - 15 business days) due to increased traffic and sales.


After the order is packed, the shipping label is printed. The packages are not picked up by the shipper (USPS or UPS) until the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

If you get the email that your order has been shipped (the label has been made) on a Friday, the tracking link may not update until Monday evening when it makes it to the shipping facility and is scanned into their system. Most packages are delivered within 2-5 business days in the US.

But delays can happen.

WHERE'S YOUR STORE AT? WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

We do not have a physical store front but we do have a local pick up option at our Warehouse located at 526 S Main St STE 502 Akron, OH 44311 with pick up hours from 10am to 4pm. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up, please wait until you receive the email to arrive. If you need it quicker feel free to email us so we can have it ready.  

WHEN DO NEW ITEMS RELEASE?

Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for our Any Means Necessary newsletter, discord or join us on social media to find out our latest releases. You will receive email notifications each time we release a new product.

WHEN'S THE RESTOCK?!

We sometimes re-stock our items but sometimes once they are gone, they are usually gone forever. We encourage you to score it while we can as most of our products have a limited quantity. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. You can sign up to our mailing list on the product page to receive an email when it's back in stock

CAN I GET A REFUND OR MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

At this time, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our limited runs, we cannot accept returns as we do not restock products as everything we make is exclusive. 

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

DECLINED CREDIT CARD?

We do not receive funds for declined transactions, though these charges may still appear on your account as pending or processing. Declined charges are cleared, after which those funds become available again. This process usually takes a few days. 

This is usually due to the Billing Zip Code that was entered not matching what the Bank has on file. As an example, I used to live at Address A but recently moved to Address B. Your shipping Address may be Address B but your billing could still be Address A.
