It's very helpful

I bought this book for my grown son who I realized would understand this way of looking at mental issues better than a gentler, softer way. He gets it, so thank you for your way of seeing it too!

I absolutely love it I think it’s so awesome that you are bringing awareness to mental illness in a way that makes it make sense cause it’s so hard to explain when you don’t understand it yourself. The only thing I would suggest would be to also consider adding drug addiction and how it can be related to mental illnesses along with homelessness and suicide all 4 can go hand and hand with each other unfortunately. Being a homeless addict trying to manage mental issues trying to figure out how to keep them under control and fighting demons that nobody knows about every day while trying to help others fight their demons is very convoluted. There isn’t enough good help for people who struggle people just judge and stereotype not having a clue what it’s like to live like that they would rather lock us up and throw away the keys instead of trying to understand it’s not something we choose like choosing what your gonna wear each day. We suffer enough we don’t need more consequences to pay bc we don’t have the means or ability to live life the way that society thinks we should instead of putting people in jail for having mental illness and being a addict isn’t always the best solution nobody is perfect we all have skeletons people need to take a long look in the mirror before passing judgement on others. I’m sorry I myself am all the above and I’m very passionate about getting the word out about the severity of the way people interact with others how their actions or words can affect anyone around them you never know what you say or how you act could affect someone else’s day. The struggle is absolutely real and convoluted. Thank you for your amazing support and absolutely spot on art work.
