He was chatting with a friend on social media, and she mentioned bathing in her sadness, and the thought of bathing in misery as a physical act popped into Shawn's head. From conversation to idea to execution, the whole process took a little over an hour that he filmed on Facebook live. He used Crimson Peak for reference and inspiration with the old style skull tub.
